When you contact us, purchase SynchTrax or activate a license, we may process information such as your name, email address, purchase/transaction identifiers, license information, activation status, and a device identifier used to manage software activations.
Music library data
SynchTrax is designed to manage music locally. Your audio collection is not uploaded to SynchTrax as part of normal library management.
Payments
Payments will be processed by PayPal. SynchTrax does not need to store your full payment-card number. PayPal's own privacy terms apply to information processed by PayPal.
How information is used
We use information to provide support, verify purchases, issue and manage licenses, prevent abuse, maintain service security and meet legal/accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the website, process payments, deliver email, provide hosting, prevent fraud or comply with law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, security, accounting and legal purposes.
