License
A valid purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SynchTrax VirtualDJ Edition subject to these terms and the activation limits presented at purchase.
Ownership
SynchTrax and its software, branding and original components remain the property of their respective owner(s). Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute license credentials, bypass licensing controls, sell unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Third-party software
VirtualDJ is a trademark of its respective owner. SynchTrax is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atomix Productions. Third-party software and services are governed by their own terms.
Availability and updates
Features may be improved or changed as the software evolves. A lifetime license for this edition does not promise perpetual compatibility with every future operating system, hardware platform or third-party product.
Warranty limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Always maintain independent backups of important music and library data.
